AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

Andrew & Sons currently ships within Australia only.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is FREE Australia-wide on all orders.

There is no minimum order value required to receive free standard shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next available business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, public holidays, weather events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Regional and remote locations may require additional delivery time.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@andrewandsons.com.au. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Where Authority to Leave is selected or applied by the delivery carrier, the order may be left at the nominated delivery address without a signature.

Once delivery has been completed in accordance with the carrier's delivery instructions, Andrew & Sons is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery, except where required by law.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
